Voids Surveyor
I am looking for a Building surveyor to work in Northamptonshire area for asocial housing provider on a 6 month contract. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out; repairs inspections, damp and mould surveys to tenanted and Void properties as well as managing void turn arounds..

Duties of the Building Surveyor:
Void inspections
Damp and mould surveys
Repairs surveys
Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials:
Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
Experience within social housing.
