A telecoms firm in Manchester are recruiting for a Network Operations Manager with experience of developing a team to ensure network efficiency and service quality. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact by reviewing the current team set up; optimise what they are doing well and analyse areas of improvement. The role will be leading a team of 18 engineers providing 24/7 cover.
They are looking for someone with strong experience of running a NOC team and who has led a team through significant transformation previously.
