Location: Heathrow Airport (Northern Perimeter Road)

Employment Type: Long term

Working Shift Patterns: Varied days between Monday – Sunday

Working Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 / 08:00 – 16:00 / 14:00 – 23:00 (You will be allocated a mixture of each)

Salary: £11.75ph (Weekly pay)

We are representing an industry leading Car Rental company, who have over 10,000 branches worldwide and are one of largest transportation companies in the world. They are actively onboarding suitable candidates to complement their admin team at one of their flagship branches based at Heathrow Airport. Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to come and join our team as an Exit Booth Agent. As an Exit Booth Agent, you will be required to finalise the customers booking and verify all documentation before they leave site. You will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service with customer satisfaction being at the forefront of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Document and verify all vehicle registrations and information

Greet all passengers with undivided attention

Assist customers with any final queries & information that they need

Ensure the booth is kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

Customer service experience

Computer literate and competent using outlook systems

Be smart and presentable

Flexible with working days and times (You must be able to work all shift options)

Driving licence preferred due to location (Not essential)

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

Customer service skills

Able to adapt to fast paced and challenging situations
