Working Foreman - Groundworks Projects

Location: Midlands (Various Sites)

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £180 - £220 per day

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks to oversee multiple projects across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities related to groundworks, including drainage and slabbing.

Lead and manage the site team, ensuring efficient and high-quality performance.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth project operations.

Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed on all sites.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman on groundworks projects, particularly in drainage and slabbing.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

CSCS card and other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
