Freelance Foreman – Deep Drainage, Utilities & Civils – Central London

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee deep drainage, utilities, and civils work on a major project in Central London. This is a freelance contract for 12 months, with the potential for further opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a fast-paced role, and we require someone who is proactive, hands-on, and able to hit the ground running.

Key Requirements:

* Must be available to start Tuesday next week

* Valid Gold CSCS Card

* Temporary Works Supervisor certification

* NRSWA (Streetworks) Ticket

* First Aid at Work certification

* Strong experience in deep drainage, utilities, and general civils

* Proven track record of managing teams and subcontractors on site

* Ability to liaise with engineers, project managers, and local authorities

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including temporary works compliance

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget

* Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures

* Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise

* Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations

* Maintain site records, including method statements, risk assessments, and daily reports
