Straight Forward Recruitment are actively looking for Counter Balance Operatives for a fresh produce company in Easton, Norwich.

This is a genuine temporary to permanent opportunity, which will lead to a permanent position for successful candidates after a minimum of 12 weeks.

ONGOING POSITIONS - APPLY TODAY FOR A START MONDAY

• Hours of work 06h00 - 18h00
• 4 days on / 4 days off - Shift Pattern.
• 12 hour Shift Time
• Pay Rate: £12.50-13.00 per hour
• Must hold a in date FLT Licence - Counter Balance

As an FLT Driver you will be required to work outside as part of the Tray wash team you will be tasked with moving the aluminium crates before and after washing to a designated area(s) within the factory. Other duties may include moving of product from racking to allocated areas.

Your role will also include helping within the tray wash department when required. This role is not 100% just FLT work you will be expected to carry out the below as a tray wash operative:

• Cleaning down aluminium crates - this will be carried out outside undercover using jet hoses
• The trays will then be transferred into the goods in area where they will then be sanitized
• Once sanitized the trays will then be transferred to the high care department
• Building of crates in readiness for them to go through the cleaning and sanitizing process
• Disposing of crop waste - this will be carried out inside and outside
• Full PPE provided
• Previous experience of working within in a food manufacturing site would be advantageous.
• Own transport is essential due to location and shift start time.
