Job Title: Teaching Assistants Needed for Various Schools in Grimsby(Full time)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team and support numerous schools in Grimsby. We have a full-time position available on a long-term basis, providing essential support to both students and teaching staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students.
• Work collaboratively with students, both in 1:1 settings and within group environments.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when necessary, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the overall development and well-being of the students in your care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about supporting the educational needs of students.

Pay Range: 83.33 - 95 per day (depending on hours and experience)

These positions are initially available until Easter, with the possibility of extension based on performance and school requirements.
