Are you passionate about water safety and ready to make a difference? Our are seeking enthusiastic Lifeguards to join our dynamic team at WV Active Bert Williams. If you have a flair for ensuring safety while providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: 13.26 per hour

Shift Pattern: Ad hoc

Essential Requirements: First aid at work and NPLQ certificate required

Your Role:

As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all users in and around the pool area. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness will be essential in providing a safe environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide lifeguard cover and ensure safe pool usage.
• Maintain vigilant watch over the swimming pool areas, taking necessary actions to ensure the safety of all users.
• Caution swimmers about unsafe practises and enforce pool rules.
• Administer first aid treatment and emergency care when required.
• Attend regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp and compliant with the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in pool areas and changing facilities.
• Interact positively with the public, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Supervise children's activities, including parties and holiday events.
• Conduct pre-opening checks of the facility and equipment.
• Assist in promoting our Learn to Swim Programme.
