Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme
Location: Skegness
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start time: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Teaching Assistant Programme in Skegness, providing hands-on experience in Secondary, SEN, and Primary schools.

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:

• Assist in lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Work alongside teachers to ensure students individual needs are met.

Requirements of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme:

• Experience in care, working with vulnerable adults, or roles such as sports coaching or children s entertainment.
• Passion for supporting students and fostering a positive learning experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different classroom needs.
• A desire to grow and develop your skills in education.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
