Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Text-Based)
Location: Bradford, BD6
Salary: 11.44 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will use email, live chat, and other text-based communication channels to interact with customers. You'll provide helpful information, answer queries, and drive customer satisfaction through your written interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via text-based platforms (email, live chat, etc.)
• Provide product or service information and resolve customer queries
• Promote relevant products and services in line with customer needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer service
• Provide feedback on customer trends to help improve our services

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service is an advantage
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally via text
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated, with the ability to meet targets and manage your workload independently
• Comfortable working with multiple text-based platforms and systems
