Temporary Personal Assistant
Starting: ASAP
Duration: 2 months
Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 14 - 15 per hour
Location: Edinburgh City Centre

We are seeking a Temporary Office/Payroll Administrator to join our clients office in the Edinburgh City Centre. Please only apply if you have Xero experience.

What You'll Do:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for our valued employees
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with general office administration tasks
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Xero reconciliation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Proficiency in Xero
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
