Qualified Adults Social Worker All Age Disability Team Wrexham

• Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join an All Age Disability team
• Hybrid working
• Office base: Wrexham
• You must have a social work qualification and full Social Care Wales registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
• Pay rate 41.12ph

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Care Wales registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

Regular supervision is provided, which will be from one of the 4 Assistant Team Managers or the Team Manager. The strength of the Disability Team is the strong culture of peer support, which would be available to any new workers in the team. Current agency workers have commented on how supportive the culture is and 1 agency worker has become permanent in the team. In the main they are looking for experienced practitioners to work with Adults in line with the Social Services and Wellbeing Wales Act (2014). Ideally the candidate would also have experience of working with Children or in Transition.
