Job Description

We looking for an interim Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer to significantly overhaul the current management system.

Client Details

The business is part of a wider Global group however the aerospace manufacturing facility is based in Redditch.

Description

As the QMS Engineer your duties will include however will not be limited to:

• An initial assessment of the quality management systems.
• Managing and improving the company's Quality Management Systems in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise processes.
• Identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Providing training and guidance on quality management to other team members.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for our quality management systems.
• Analysing data and producing reports on our quality performance for Senior Leaders.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.

Profile

The successful Quality Management System Engineer will have:

• Worked in a similar position within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate c 30.
• Minimum 6 month contract (possible extension)
• Early finish on Friday
