M&E Engineer, Mayfair, start 03/02/2025, temp to perm, 23 ph

Job Title: Temp to Perm M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Mayfair (High-End Restaurant)
Salary: 23 per hour
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours per day)
Start Date: 03/02/2025

We're looking for a skilled M&E Engineer with an electrical bias to join our client's team at a prestigious high-end restaurant in Mayfair. This is a temp-to-perm position, with a great opportunity for the right candidate to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reactive Maintenance: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance): 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Tasks will include maintaining building services, including air conditioning, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred, or equivalent electrical qualifications).
• Alternatively, time-served experience will also be considered.
• Experience in building services (electrical systems, lighting, AC, plumbing).
• Must be reliable, polite, and able to communicate effectively with the team and clients.
• Own tools and PPE would be beneficial.
• A chatty, approachable attitude is a must!
