Salary: 20 per hour (Umbrella) or 18 per hour (PAYE)

Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

About the Role:
Resourcing Group is currently recruiting 3 x Multiskilled Operatives to join a maintenance team based in Chudleigh, Devon. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to transition into permanent positions. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in carpentry and experience across multiple trades, including plastering, painting, plumbing, kitchen fitting, and drylining.

As part of the role, you will be working within the social housing sector to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. DBS checks are required for this position, and we can assist in obtaining this for you. You will also need to have your own van and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance tasks including carpentry, plastering, painting, plumbing, kitchen fitting, and drylining.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with relevant regulations.
• Work within the social housing sector, completing general repairs and refurbishments.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Liaise with tenants and clients as required, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in carpentry with additional skills in plastering, painting, plumbing, kitchen fitting, and drylining.
• Experience working within the social housing sector is desirable.
• Own van and tools are required.
• DBS check required (we can arrange this for you).
• No CSCS card required.
