Job Description

Due to an increase in workload with our current client, they are looking for a number of multi skilled tradesman, preferably with experience on social housing and experience with laying Vinyl flooring in bathrooms/ wet rooms.

• Location: Liverpool - a 5 mile radius of jobs in the centre of Liverpool.
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Long term - Temp to perm, 12 weeks with us then move over to permanent with the client.
• Pay rate: 34,000 a year.

The role

• Working on social housing and residential homes.
• Experience with laying Vinyl flooring in bathrooms/wet rooms.
• Working in a team and independently.
• Working in occupied residential homes.

Requirements.

• Experience in working on social housing.
• Good References and CV
• Experience in laying Vinyl Flooring in bathrooms and wet rooms.
• Full UK driving license no serious driving convictions or more than 6 points on your license
