Are you a friendly and organised individual who thrives in a lively school environment? We are looking for a dynamic School Receptionist to join the team in Aylesbury. Our mission is to empower individuals and we need your support to help create a welcoming atmosphere for our students and staff.

Contract Details:

• Type: Temporary
• Duration: 3 months initially with a possible extension
• Start Date: ASAP
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4 / 9:00 - 4:30 / 9:30 - 5
• Hourly Rate: 13ph

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and parents with a warm smile.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the school's positive spirit.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the school.
