Internal Site Manager

Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Internal Manager for their new build residential project in Kings Cross.

The project consists of 167 units across 9 floors, we are looking for someone to take the units/apartments from shell to handover.

Requirements:
Sound working knowledge of relevant site activities
Proven experience of seeing a task through to completion
Proven experience in supervising site activities or similar
Appropriate CSCS card
SMSTS certificate
First Aid at Work certificate
Basic IT skills
Experience working on a residential projects (Essential)

You will be responsible for;

H&S Management
Review and approve RAMS
Snagging/De-Snagging
Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
