Working Foreman - Groundworks Projects
Location: Midlands (Various Sites)
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: 180 - 220 per day

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks to oversee multiple projects across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency across various sites.

• Oversee all site activities related to groundworks, including drainage and slabbing.
• Lead and manage the site team, ensuring efficient and high-quality performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth project operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed on all sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.

• Proven experience as a Foreman on groundworks projects, particularly in drainage and slabbing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CSCS card and other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

• Competitive daily rate of 180 - 220, based on experience.
• Ongoing work across multiple projects in the Midlands.
