GSL Education London Branch is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Health & Social Care Teacher to join a fantastic Secondary School & Sixth Form in Hackney. • Teach BTEC National in Health and Social Care (Level 3) and A-Level Psychology (AQA).
• Deliver engaging lessons in BTEC Tech Award in Health & Social Care (Level 1/2) and GCSE Psychology, if required.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Assess, track, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and inspired.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practices.
• Support the school s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching BTEC National in Health and Social Care (Level 3) and A-Level Psychology (AQA).
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A proactive approach to planning and delivering the curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
