Pharmacist - Band 7/8a - Birmingham

Contract Duration: 3-6 months
Hourly Rate: £28ph - £35ph (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Area of Work: Medical and Surgical Wards

Responsibilities:

Work closely with medical teams to ensure safe and effective use of medications
Review patient medication records and provide clinical advice
Dispense and check prescriptions for accuracy and safety
Provide support in medication management across medical and surgical wards

Requirements:

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Previous experience in hospital pharmacy settings (preferably in medical and surgical wards)
Excellent communication and clinical skills
Working hours of 9am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
