Sub Agent

Location: Swindon/Bristol

Experience Required

• Experience in construction management, processes and techniques
• Leadership experience working with a geographically diverse team
• Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes
• Detailed knowledge of relevant standards and procedures
• 5 years' experience of operational railway environment
• Knowledge of other functional subject areas
• Local Accident & Incident Investigation
• Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
• Experience of working on civils projects
• Experience of managing paperwork, H&S programmes

To be successful in this position the Sub Agent must have the following:

• A BSc, MSc, or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering aligned subject
• Civil Engineering experience
• Preferably worked in the rail sector
• PTS preferable but not essential
• Previous site experience in delivering projects to programme
