About the Role:

Fawkes and Reece are excited to partner with a leading national contractor to recruit a skilled and experienced Logistics Manager for a key construction project based in Maidstone. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage and optimise logistics operations on a high-profile site.

Responsibilities for a Logistics Manager

• Plan and coordinate all logistics activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the supply chain, including procurement, delivery, and storage of materials.
• Oversee the movement of equipment and materials on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to meet project deadlines.
• Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes and systems.

Requirements for a Logistics Manager

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.
