English Teacher - Part Time

A large secondary school based in Ealing are looking for a part time English Teacher.

School are looking for someone to start on a long term contract until July 2025.

This position is part time Monday to Wednesday. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Salary will match inner London MPS/UPS.

School has available parking spaces.

Part-Time English Teacher

• Provide expert instruction in English, utilizing a strong understanding of literature, language, and effective teaching methods to engage and challenge students.
• Support students' academic development by guiding them through the exploration of key English concepts, texts, and their real-world applications.
• Foster lifelong learning by encouraging students to develop their language skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities through diverse literary works and writing exercises.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where students are supported and motivated to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A relevant degree
