Fully remote, with at lest 1 client visit in London. 4 months contract role, outside of IR35. £250 per day.

Are you an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Consultant / Developer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented professional to lead Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) implementation within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing SAM Pro solutions to help businesses manage software assets efficiently and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation

✔️ Configure, develop, and integrate SAM Pro solutions within ServiceNow

✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions

✔️ Ensure license compliance, cost optimization, and automation of software asset management processes

✔️ Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery

✔️ Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow SAM Pro deployments

✔️ Troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations

Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience in implementing and developing ServiceNow SAM Pro

🔹 Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, etc.)

🔹 In-depth knowledge of software asset management principles and license compliance

🔹 Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute implementations

🔹 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
