About the role

Title – Facility Management Planner Engineer

Annual salary- £34,000 to £37,000

Location – Hucknall, Nottingham

Shift Timings – Full time, 08:00 till 17:00

To provide support in the planning of the facility management service (maintenance,

waste, cleaning, catering, and safety) for the ITP client in Nottingham (UK), overseeing

a direct team of 35 people.

Your main responsibilities may include:

Planning of the service, solving those problems that may arise and proposingimprovements in its execution in order to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the contract and the objectives set by his/her superior.

Control of compliance with preventive, corrective and conductive maintenanceof all services in SAP, as well as ensuring its proper operation.

Support on add-on FM projects

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Education: Degree in Engineering, Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering, or similar

Knowledge: Technical knowledge of all types of facilities and the management of operational teams.

Languages: Advanced level of English

Experience: At least 2 years as a planning engineer

Skills: Analysis and decision-making. A Focus on Results, Organisation and Planning, Teamwork.

Other requirements: Driver's license
