Job Description

Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings and rail sector, is currently seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team in East London on a contract basis. This opportunity focuses on a hospital project, lasting between 6-12 months, starting in March.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting building surveys, inspections, and reporting within a hospital setting

Interfacing effectively with MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Managing refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works

Ensuring projects adhere to healthcare regulations and building standards

Providing technical advice and support to stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in hospital projects

Strong understanding of MEP coordination

Knowledge of building regulations and compliance within healthcare settings

Chartered status (MRICS) desirable but not essential
