SEN Teacher (QTS) - South London

A well-established and supportive SEN school in South London is seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator with QTS and experience working with children with special educational needs.

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.

Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide a well-rounded educational experience.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student development and well-being.

Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning plans.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

Experience in SEN education, either in a specialist or mainstream setting.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Strong knowledge of different learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
