Owen Daniels have partnered with Polytec in Telford as they look to appoint a Quality Functional Lead who will represent the Quality Function in all internal and customer facing meetings and reviews. Polytec are a Tier 1 Automotive supplier of high-quality exterior plastic components, supplying into some of the biggest names in the Automotive industry.

Quality Functional Lead

Contract – 24 months minimum

Outside IR35

Telford/Bridgnorth

As a Quality Functional Lead, you will ensure requirements are fully transparent throughout the function but also the business as a whole. This is an opportunity to support the business and aid with a new philosophy of project delivery. You will help to deliver on Quality deliverables, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and in line with the project and business requirements.  This position could suit Senior, Principal or Manager level candidates with good, all-round quality background.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications 

Minimum of 5 years leading Quality functions within an automotive organisation

Previous experience working with JLR

Degree-qualified in an Engineering discipline preferred

Managing cross-functional teams / matrix organisations
