Senior General Foreman
Senior General Foreman required for a civil engineering project, experience of highways & concrete works would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving production
* Hands on leadership, overseeing a high-quality delivery of works
* Management of on-site H&S
* On site toolbox talks
* Inductions
* Monitoring site timelines, budgets and resources
* Issuing Permits
* Maintain accurate documentation
* RAMS
* Managements or self delivery and subcontract workforce
* Completing daily site diaries
* Effective management of hands-on work with documentation requirements.
Applicants must hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS and ideally have experience working for principal civil engineering contractors on highways and concrete works with previous management experience as a General Foreman
