Location: Agile - Home, Office & Patch-Based

Contract: Temporary (Until 31st March 2025)

Hours: Full Time

(Apply online only) homes), ensuring they receive a reliable, consistent, and high-quality service. You'll build trust, drive improvements, and be the voice of the residents within the organisation.

What You'll Do:

✔ Support the Housing Management team to deliver outstanding services

✔ Build strong relationships with residents and act as their key contact

✔ Tackle issues such as ASB, tenancy concerns, and property management

✔ Ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes

✔ Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges

✔ Represent residents' interests at forums and committees

What We're Looking For:

✅ Ability to challenge and push boundaries to achieve the best results

✅ Excellent time management and ability to handle complex workloads

✅ Experience in housing management or a similar field

✅ Ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work
