Job Title: Parking CCTV Manager
Location: London (Local Authority)
Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract
Working Arrangement: 5 Days per Week in Office
Day Rate: 170 per day Inside IR35
About the Role:
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority in London is seeking an experienced Parking CCTV Manager to oversee and manage its parking enforcement CCTV operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CCTV enforcement in line with relevant legislation and council policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Parking CCTV enforcement team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Surveillance Camera Code of Practice.
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of CCTV systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective parking enforcement.
Liaise with internal departments, enforcement contractors, and external stakeholders to enhance service efficiency.
Monitor and analyse enforcement data to improve operational effectiveness.
Provide leadership, training, and support to staff members to maintain high service standards.
Handle complaints and appeals related to CCTV-issued Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
Key Skills & Experience Required:
The successful candidate for the role of Parking CCTV Manager will have a management background and be highly experienced in Parking Enforcement and CCTV Operations.
