Our client is currently seeking a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires extensive expertise in Development Management and Town Planning.

• Managing small scale major projects, complex minor applications, and intricate householders
• Preparing and presenting detailed planning reports
• Providing expert planning advice and recommendations
• Leading site visits and consultations with stakeholders
• Ensuring that all planning applications are processed efficiently and accurately
• Demonstrating high performance through the successful management of planning projects
• Working independently and confidently to deliver project outcomes

• Significant experience in Development Management and Town Planning
• Proven track record of handling small scale majors and complex minor applications
• Ability to work independently with confidence
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
