Multi-trade Builder

Multi-trade builder will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks such as roof repair, brickwork across a large commercial space

Client Details

A large establishment with both commercial and domestic spaces

Description

Carry out general building maintenance including roof repairs and brickwork in commercial or residential properties.
Perform reactive and PPM
Conduct site assessments and report on required works or potential improvements.
Maintain high standards of work quality, adhering to safety regulations and building codes
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.
Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

Profile

You must have a relevant trade qualification (NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds

Job Offer

3 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent
