Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings and rail sector, is currently seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team in Gloucestershire on a contract basis.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and reports within a hospital setting.
  • Interface effectively with MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works.
  • Ensure projects adhere to healthcare regulations and building standards.
  • Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospital projects (essential).
  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and compliance within healthcare settings.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) desirable but not essential.
