The Role:

As a Teacher of Social Studies, you will:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5).
• Inspire students to develop critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of social, cultural, and historical issues.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a supportive and challenging learning environment.
• Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular activities or pastoral support.

What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice or demonstrate the potential to excel.
• Be passionate about social studies, with the ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and high expectations.
• Be flexible and adaptable, open to either a temporary or permanent contract.
