About the Role: As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will step into various classrooms across primary schools in Coventry, covering for teachers who are absent. You ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring students continue to learn and develop in a supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility and variety in their working schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to primary-aged children.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring students are engaged.
• Support the well-being and learning needs of all students.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and students to maintain continuity of learning.
• Provide feedback on student progress and behavior where necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching primary-aged children (KS1 & KS2).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and year groups.
• A passion for education and making a positive impact on students.
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
