PageGroup are delighted to support a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Redditch with the appointment of a HR Transformation Partner to join for circa 12 months (possible scope for extension/permanent)

This role can offer hybrid working (Business needs dependent)

Description

The role of HR Transformation Partner will work alongside a HR Director and SLT, this will include but not limited to:

Contribute to the design and implementation of the People Strategy within the business.

Facilitate organisational change and promote a positive working environment.

Work closely with senior leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.

Contribute to the improvement and development of HR systems, policies and procedures.

Support with restructures and change management projects

Manage HR projects and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.

Support with cultural transformation and contribute to a positive and successful environmentProfile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within similar roles.

Ideally (but not essentially) you will have experience within large/corporate organisations within the manufacturing sector.

Job Offer

A competitive salary range around circa £60,000- £70,000 DOE

Hybrid working available
