CWS Health is seeking a CMA Clinic for a local contract job in Mount Kisco, New York.

Pay: $27/hr Location: Mount Kisco, NY & Katonah, NY Contract: 6 months+
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care and assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures. You will ensure seamless coordination with the care team and support patients in managing their health.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient care, both in-person and via phone.
Support physicians during clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Ensure patient preparation for exams and provide education.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Requires lifting patients, assisting with mobility, and prolonged sitting/standing.
Exposure to medical office conditions, including communicable diseases and body fluids.
Use of computers and medical equipment, occasionally under stressful conditions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of clinical experience or graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.
CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred:
Certification as a Medical Assistant or eligibility for certification.
Ability to obtain certification through the CMM M.A. exam course if not yet certified.
