Year 4 Teacher - Maternity Cover
Chesterfield Full-Time April 2025 Start Fixed Term for One Year

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced primary teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? A well-managed, Good-rated primary school in Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from April 2025, covering a maternity leave for one year.

• Teaching a Year 4 class and delivering the full KS2 curriculum
• Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons to engage and inspire students
• Supporting pupils' progress and attainment in line with school expectations
• Working collaboratively with a well-established and supportive staff team

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Previous experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2
• A passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire young learners

• A moderately sized primary school with a welcoming and supportive ethos
• Graded 'Good' by Ofsted, with a strong focus on professional development
• Well-resourced classrooms and a positive learning environment
