About the Role: KS2 TA:

As our Key Stage 2 TA, you’ll be at the heart of an innovative educational environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help implement targeted boosters and interventions, and work closely with students who have special educational needs. What You’ll Do as a KS2 TA:

• Assist in preparing and executing interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles

• Provide one-to-one support and small group sessions to enhance student understanding

• Help develop creative educational materials and activities that stimulate curiosity

• Monitor student progress, offering insights to tailor interventions effectively

• Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages risk-taking and critical thinking

What We’re Looking For: KS2 TA:

• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting young learners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire confidence

• Experience working with Key Stage 2 students and familiarity with intervention strategies
