We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced PE Teacher with Leadership Responsibilities to drive our physical education program forward and contribute to the strategic direction of the department.

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that inspire students to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity and well-being.
• Lead and develop the PE curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices.
• Oversee extracurricular sports programs, competitions, and school sporting events.
• Mentor and support colleagues within the department, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support achievement and engagement.
• Manage resources, facilities, and equipment to maintain a high-quality PE environment.
• Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to whole-school initiatives and strategic planning.

• A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching PE at the secondary level, with a proven track record of success.
• Leadership or departmental responsibility experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
