Private Sector Housing and DFG Manager Opportunity!

A West Midlands based authority are looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Manager to join their team who has additional experience in DFG grants.

This is a 12-month role and will require you to be on site for two days a week.

You'll need to have experience in:

Risk assessing properties under the HHSRS.

Carrying out Licensing Inspections of HMO's for Mandatory additional and Selective Licensing.

Great Knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

Authorising DFG Approvals and Re-Approvals.

Managing Grant Support and / or Private Sector Housing Officer's.
