Key Responsibilities - Hackney - Cover Supervisor

Supervising classes during the absence of the class teacher.

Ensuring students are following instructions and staying on task during lessons.

Managing student behaviour and maintaining a focused classroom environment.

Providing assistance with administrative tasks and supporting classroom activities.

Reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate members of staff.

Supporting students in their learning and providing encouragement.

Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
