Key Responsibilities: Early Career Teacher (ECT):
• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of a diverse classroom.
• Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

• Participate actively in professional development sessions and mentoring meetings as part of our induction programme.
Application Requirements: Early Career Teacher (ECT):
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, particularly in primary education.
• A passion for developing engaging, inclusive, and creative lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
• Enthusiasm for professional development and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the classroom.
