Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join the dedicated team. The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK and ideally, experience teaching English. This role requires a deep understanding and enthusiasm for working with SEN learners, recognising that it will be both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of SEN pupils.

Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students.

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the holistic development of each pupil.

Monitor and assess student's progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

Experience teaching English, preferably within an SEN setting.

Strong understanding of SEN and a commitment to supporting the educational and personal development of SEN learners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.Benefits:
