Year 4 Teacher - Maternity Cover

Chesterfield | Full-Time | April 2025 Start | Fixed Term for One Year

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced primary teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? A well-managed, Good-rated primary school in Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from April 2025, covering a maternity leave for one year.

About the Role:

Teaching a Year 4 class and delivering the full KS2 curriculum

Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons to engage and inspire students

Supporting pupils' progress and attainment in line with school expectations

Working collaboratively with a well-established and supportive staff team

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Previous experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2

A passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment

Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire young learners
