We are looking to recruit a Audit and Compliance Officer to join our Audit, Risk and Compliance Team to cover maternity leave. 

What’s the opportunity? As part of the Audit, Risk and Compliance team, the Audit and Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the Group Audit and Assurance Manager, in ensuring that the company operates in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal standards.

What does the role involve?

Regularly conduct reviews and testing of processes across departments to assess compliance and operational effectiveness and efficiency

Prepare detailed reports summarising the results of process reviews, highlighting key observations, risks, and recommended improvements

Track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions resulting from Brand, Stock, Compliance and H&S audits or reviews

Support compliance monitoring activities, including tracking adherence to policies and regulatory standards and contribute to regular compliance reporting

Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of corporate audits, ensuring all required data and documentation are provided

Who are we looking for?

Excellent organisation skills

Knowledge of Nav and BC systems

Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Microsoft office

Attention to detail 

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the business and across all functions

IT literate

Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
