Job Description

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Children's Services Recruitment Lead on a Contract basis.

This role will support the Council's internal and external recruitment campaigns. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Project Manager.

Salary: £20.74 - £23.00+ per hour, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

Hybrid working (2/3 days on site)

Contract type: Contract

Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Central London (Hybrid):

Develop, design, and run recruitment campaigns, working to recruit hard to fill roles.

As a user of ATS ensure that the system is used to its full advantage and that all inputs are of a high quality.

Write compelling job advertisements for placement internally and externally

Deliver to the agreed service level agreements (SLA's) for recruitment services into the business service areas.

About you:

You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role.

Ability to produce clear and concise job postings.

Experience with full recruitment processes.

Local Authority experience is essential
