Axon Moore are pleased to partner with business based on the Fylde coast to help them recruit a payroll manager for an initial contract position but good chance to go long term permanent.

Our client is a large organisation that operates within a thriving industry. This organisation have been going through significant growth over the past few years so is an exciting time for the right candidate to come on-board.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all payroll processes and procedures

Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

Supervise and coach team members to enhance performance

Prepare reports for senior management

Handle payroll tax, benefits and pension administration

Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing

The successful Payroll Manager should have experience in payroll management and end-to-end payroll processes. Experience with manual calculations with the ability to teach junior team members, high volume payroll would be extremely beneficial for this role.
